4. Hold Deposit – $250. Will transfer to security deposit once you move in. Mail in, drop off at office or pay online.
Security Deposit: $500 apartment / $750 Townhome
Pet Fee: (non-refundable) $300 FOR (1) pet / $500 for (2) pets. Maximum 2 pets per apartment home.
Pet Rent: (1) pet $30 monthly / (2) pets $50 monthly
Weight limit: 75 lbs.
Breed Restrictions: Pit Bull, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Akita
We offer handicap accessible units. Ask us for details!
Rent includes trash & pest control. Electricity, water and sewer are resident’s responsibility.
Flat Rate Water/Sewer are as follows:
Apartments: 1 Bed-$20 | 2 Bed-$25
Townhomes: 2 Bed-$35 | 2 Bed-$48
Storage Units: Available for additional cost.
